If You Know Liz…

WARNING: Do Not Read This Unless You Are Frustrated As Hell With Being Disorganized, Stressed Out, Sleep Deprived, Behind Schedule, Embarrassed, Ashamed And Having No Time For Doing Anything Else!
This woman was so frustrated with the state of chaos in her office that she had given up any hope of ever being organized. But then she met someone who unlocked the secrets of getting out from under the piles of clutter. Now you can hear her incredible “from-chaos-to-order” story … and use these exact same strategies to … finally … get your business and your life organized!
“I’m Vicki Reisenbach, and I’ve got a lot of reasons to be smiling now. After all, I’m finally organized after all these years!” |
Albuquerque, NM Tuesday, 10:14 pm From: Vicki Reisenbach If you’ve ever felt hopeless, embarrassed, ashamed, stressed out, angry, humiliated, worried about losing your job – and you want a serene, well organized, easy to use and maintain office – then this is the most important message you will ever read. |
After living and working in a state of chaos for so long, it’s still hard for me for me to believe all the excitement and good fortune I’m experiencing, so let me just tell you my story right from the beginning.
My name is Vicki Reisenbach and I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico. For 14 years, I lived and worked in New York City. I was Advertising Director for Harper’s Magazine and Associate Publisher of Utne Reader.
Why I Left A Killer Job In New York City
Why would I leave a high-powered job in the most exciting city in the U.S. for the mountains of the Southwest?
Frankly, it’s still hard to say out loud: My beloved husband died, suddenly and unexpectedly.
Now, I’m not telling you this to shock you, or to get your sympathy. I still miss my husband every day. I will never really get over the pain of losing him.
And if you’ve ever lost someone close to you—especially suddenly and unexpectedly—you know how devastating it is. His death changed something in me, and I knew I had to get out of New York. So I moved to Albuquerque.
Anyway, I’ve always loved advertising and sales. I got a job at KHFM radio station. I was doing pretty well. But I could’ve been doing a lot better.
Want to know why?
Well, I’m not proud of this. But it’s true: I had the worst-organized office in the whole station. It really wasn’t even an office. More like a 5 x 8 cubicle. Not exactly the spacious office I was used to in Manhattan.
The truth is, my “office” was crammed with paper. Stacks on the desk as high as the cubicle walls. Stacks under the desk in boxes, drawers jammed so full of stuff I could barely close them. Not a single inch of open desk space.
How did things get so bad?
I’ll tell you this: Sales has always been a paper intensive profession. To make more money, I needed more clients. More clients meant more paperwork. More details. More opportunities to forget something.
What’s more, my method of managing everything was to rely almost completely on my memory. I tried to remember what the client needed. When they needed it, what the deadlines were. Who I’d met recently that might become a client. It was all in my head. I was hoping I could remember it all. But as you probably know…
“Hope” is NOT a good business strategy!
I knew I couldn’t rely on my memory any more. Not if I wanted to be truly successful.
So I started to leave things out to remind myself what I needed to do … who I needed to contact … calls I needed to return … advertising spots I needed to write … deadlines … promises I made to clients and bosses … potential new clients.
And it worked. At least for awhile. It was better than trusting my memory.
But soon it got messy. Inefficient. I was constantly stressed out. I was working longer hours. Skipping lunches. Sleeping less, and worrying more.
Worried about being embarrassed in sales meetings because I was unprepared. Worried about wasting time trying to find things. Feeling so much stress and anxiety about whether I could even FIND the important things I needed to do my job.
Then it happened. I lost a chance to land a BIG client-a client so big the commissions could have increased my income by over 30%. How did I let this happen?
The Chaos That Was My Desk Was Overwhelming
So overwhelming that I couldn’t find my notes. I missed an important deadline. I lost a chance to help a client. And the embarrassment ate at my insides. Worse, my bosses were not happy.
Heck, I couldn’t blame them.
But get this: Just when I was feeling lower than a snake crawling through the Grand Canyon, I met Liz Davenport.
Liz was working on some advertising with my colleague Tyler Janes. Tyler wasn’t the most organized person in the world (but not as bad as me!) so she asked Liz to help her out.
And while they were working together, Tyler asked Liz if she wanted to see “the worst office in the building.”
Her answer must have been YES because they walked into my office. Imagine my embarrassment to have a professional organizer sizing up my office.
So, how did I react?
Well, I’m not proud of this: I flat-out lied. “Oh, I don’t work at this desk. This is just where I store stuff.”
I suppose Liz had heard this cock and bull story before. She simply asked me if I wanted her help. Despite my shame, I agreed.
The fact is, I was desperate. So desperate I let go of my ego and dived into Liz’s Order From Chaos System.
What’s the bottom line? Liz-and her system-are different than anything else out there when it comes to organization.
First, Liz is disorganized by nature and brain type.
Let me explain:
Liz is a right brained, creative person, just like most of her clients. But unlike them, she was born legally blind! And unlike most disorganized people, she can’t look for things-the primary tool of the disorganized!
And that’s why Liz HAD to be organized or she’d never find anything ever again. Almost by accident, she invented the disorganized person’s organizing system!
Furthermore, being a secretary for 17 years allowed her to perfect her technique. It’s the technique she taught me and teaches others, too. Why is this important?
99% Of Organizers Are Organized
And that’s a problem.
Why, you ask?
Simple, really. Organized people and disorganized people don’t think the same, don’t work the same, don’t ORGANIZE the same. If you’re disorganized and try to learn an organized person’s system, it will only waste your time and annoy you until the cows come home.
Not to mention you’ll feel even worse about yourself when it becomes obvious you’ll NEVER get organized.
The Amazing Secrets Of The Organizing Genius Who Is Legally
Blind-Imagine What You Can Accomplish With Good Eyesight!
So Liz created “Order From Chaos,” a simple, flexible 6-step system, easy to set up and easy to maintain.
It worked for me (more about that a little later) and I know it works for many others too. Order From Chaos just celebrated its 14th year in business. They also received the Small Business Administration’s Home Based Business Advocate Award for New Mexico in 2003.
Moreover, Random House published Liz’s book Order From Chaos: A 6-Step System for Organizing Yourself, Your Office & Your Life. Do you know how tough it is to get a book published by Random House? About as hard as getting Tiger Woods to stay away from bimbos and hookers!
But let’s be honest: company longevity, awards and book deals don’t amount to a hill of beans unless Liz’s system can actually help real people. Like Mary Sue Williams and Sherry Shellenberger:
|
“Liz’s expertise made it possible for us to further expand our business.” “Order from Chaos?” We thought this statement was an oxymoron. Little did we know what a profound impact Liz Davenport’s ingenious business would have on our home-based company. Last year our business doubled in size. We learned quickly that rapid growth and success can breed chaos. The increased business caused a deterioration of our previously effective business systems. We were “in over our heads” and Liz came to the rescue. Liz transformed our businesses literally from clutter, confusion, disorder and overwhelm into an efficient work environment. Liz’s expertise and advice has made it possible for us to further expand our business. Not only is our business flourishing financially, but as owners we are less stressed and more confident in our abilities to manage the growth we desire. Liz Davenport’s exceptional knowledge and skills would be valuable to any business, large or small.” ~ Mary Sue Williams & Sherry Shellenberger, Owners, TherapyWorks, Inc., Albuquerque, NM |
Liz Davenport’s system is just plain different than any other organizing book or program anywhere. As a matter of fact, most of them are just a collection of good ideas, but no plan on how to implement them. But Order From Chaos is a step-by-step system. Maybe you’re wondering …
Why did Liz create Order From Chaos?
- Current estimates are that 60% of all business people are disorganized (many CEOs claims it is WAY higher)
- The average business person receives 240 requests for their time and energy each day (emails/texts, voice mails, calls that reach them, snail mail, requests from clients, coworkers, bosses, committee members, family members, external organizations i.e. PTA, church, garden club…). Add all those together and the average is 240, but MANY folks receive far more
- The average business person wastes 150 hours each year looking for stuff. Add 10 hours and that is an entire work month! Not only standing in front of a filing cabinet looking for a file – we’re talking about that frantic whacking the top of the desk, screaming “I JUST HAD IT – WHERE THE *$%&@! DID IT GO?! We spend one month out of every year about as freaked out as we can get
- A task that would take you 1 hour to complete if you are not interrupted will take you 4 hours to complete if you ARE interrupted, and you will make 40% more mistakes and be way more stressed out
- According to the AMA, the initial underlying cause of 90% of chronic diseases (the ones that once you get them never go away, like heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure) is stress. Disorganization creates and exacerbates stress and therefore will eventually impinge on your good health-if it hasn’t already
- The volume of email traffic has doubled in 2 years–6 trillion business emails sent in 2009 alone
- If you get 100 emails a day, you will spend an average of 100 workdays reading and answering them, or 38.5% of your workday-costing a company with 1000 workers $6 million dollars a year
- University Technology Professor automatic email response: “Dear person who sent me an unanswered email, I apologize but I am declaring email bankruptcy”
- Computer Science Professor stopped using email altogether. “I’d get to work and start answering email – three hours later I’d say “Oh, what was I supposed to do today?”
Whew! That’s enough to make your head spin! No wonder you’re so overwhelmed all the time!
Do you remember when I said I was desperate for help and I would have to put my ego aside?
The Transformation That Shocked My Co-Workers
Well check this out: After working with Liz, things turned around for me. My transformation was incredible! So incredible, other folks I work with kept coming by my office (they may have even conducted tours when I wasn’t around!). They were amazed that the “worst office in the building” was now the most organized and efficient office in the building!
It gets even better. Now I’m working in TV for KASA Fox 2. I’ll tell you this: TV ad sales is much more complicated than radio, because there is sound AND video. So even though I have more “stuff” to keep track of, I’m equipped to handle it. No longer do I have to try to remember everything. Thanks to Liz, I have a single place to write everything down. Stress and mistakes went way down. Serenity and peace of mind went up. Productivity and income …way up.
And that’s just for starters. Now I have more clients, happier clients and my income increased by over 25%!
What does this mean for you?
After what I personally experienced, and because I’ve been around Liz long enough now that I know in my heart of hearts she is the TOP EXPERT when it comes to getting people organized and changing their lives for the better, I suggested to Liz that she make her system available for others to use. She agreed to do this, but she wanted to take it one step further.
See, as much as Liz’s book and DVD and CDs have helped the disorganized get organized, she realized something was missing. “If only my clients had a way to know the exact steps about how to get organized. A quick, easy way for them to take in this information in bite-sized pieces. And with time to actually implement it, piece by piece,” she often told me.
And by golly, after 14 years, Liz finally had the epiphany she was hoping for.

“Your process has helped me more than I ever imagined.”“Your 6-step process to getting organized has helped me more than I ever imagined. I can’t thank you enough for sharing your system with me and all of the other ladies that were in attendance. The only piece of paper I keep on my desk now is a printed copy of the 6-step process which is my constant reminder to stay organized. I even convinced my boss that I need a bigger office with more desk space. Thank you very much!” ~ Carolyn Gauthier, PPAI |

“You promote the concept of keeping things simple.”“I want to personally thank you for the assistance you have given me personally and to our staff in Aviation and Fire Management in general. We have been remodeling and reorganizing this year so the opportunity was right for some guidance and assistance in getting things put back together! “I have exceeded our budget for two months in a row.”“In the two months since I have taken Liz Davenport’s class on Order from Chaos, I have seen the following improvements: 1. I have identified the need for another professional sales person in my department to handle the workload. I will have someone employed within this week. 2. I have exceeded our budget for two months in a row and will probably do so again this month. Since my job is to raise money, this is an important goal to have not only reached by exceeded.” ~ Rebecca C. Trujillo, |
What’s A Fair Price For A Proven System That Allows You
To Get 8 Hours of Work Done In 2 Hour
With Half The Mistakes And NO Stress?
When Liz told me how much she planned to charge for this one-of-a-kind service, I about fell out of my chair. You probably won’t believe it either. So let me ask you this:
“Is Finally Getting Organized Worth Pennies A Day?”
Yep, Liz is making the “Order From Chaos 52-Week Don’t Fall Off The Wagon Video Reminder Series” available for the ridiculously low investment of only $37 per month. Each week, you’ll get access to a 3-5 minute video reminder and an Action Checklist. This reminder and checklist will cover one aspect of Liz’s system to keep you on track throughout the year.
Look, Liz won’t even sit down and talk to you for $37, let alone actually send you a valuable video reminder once a week. In fact, for what she charges for one-on-one consulting, you’d barely get to sit down and take your first sip of coffee for $27.
And not only that, but Liz is also giving you her
“No Questions Asked, 100% Money-Back Guarantee.”
It’s true! I told her she was crazy for doing this, since what Liz reveals in the first month’s video reminders alone is very likely to save you 10 times your entire investment in time saved from the mistakes you’re probably making right now!
Here’s what this is all about: Liz is SO confident about the tremendous amount of value and quality information inside this system, she’s going to let you use the secrets, strategies and organizing ideas in these video reminders and the Action Checklists for a full 52 weeks. That’s right-an entire year. If at any time over the next 12 months you don’t honestly think it was worth at least 10 times your investment, Liz will refund all your money immediately.
Okay, Okay…I’m Convinced I Need These Organizing Tips!

No asking you any stupid questions. And no trying to “talk you out of it” either. If it’s not worth at least 10 times your investment, Liz doesn’t want your money. And it’s so easy to become a member, too. Just click the button below and follow the simple instructions.
Bonus Gift #1: A 1-hour audio program on CD called “Order From Chaos: Organize Yourself And Your Office.” This is an excellent primer on the 6-step process Liz teaches. And you can listen to it in your car or convert it to an MP3 file to play on your iPod or other MP3 player. Value: $20.
Bonus Gift #2: Weekly “Action” Checklists so you can print them out and track your progress throughout the week!
In fact, she is going to increase the investment once she rolls this program out to the general public. She’s not sure, but I think I convinced her that this program should be at least $47 a month if not $57.
Trying out the “Order From Chaos 52-Week Don’t Fall Off The Wagon Video Reminder Series.” And Liz takes all the risk. You have nothing to lose!
How Often Have You Said, “No, I Haven’t Gotten Organized Yet.
I’ve Been Meaning To Though”?
You should click here to join if any of these situations apply to you:
- You want to be organized and feel like you need a consistent “nudge” in the right direction
- You’re tired of feeling overwhelmed by the piles, the mess, and the disorder in your office
- You sometimes worry about what you forgot or “forgot what you forgot”
- You’re angry about all the things you want to do but don’t have time for
- You’re sometimes afraid of looking bad, disappointing others, missing something important, losing your job or clients, and missing out on having a life you love
- You tend to save every file and piece of paper because you feel “you might need it someday”
- You dread disappointing others
- You’re don’t want to have to lie to anyone because your lack of organization has caused you to forget a deadline or lose important information
- You truly want a serene, well organized, easy to use and maintain office
You should NOT join if these situations apply to you:
- You’ve purchased one of Liz’s products or heard her speak and you know her system very well, but you just don’t see the value in getting a Weekly Reminder video and checklist to keep yourself on track throughout the year
- You’re well organized and you don’t need anyone telling you how to do it better
- You’re NOT well organized, but you’ve given up and you just don’t care anymore
Now, believe it or not, some of the “you should join if these situations apply to you” reasons apply to people who might still be hesitant to join and take advantage of Liz’s amazing, risk-free offer.
Maybe you’ve tried everything before and nothing’s worked. More than likely, you’ve read a book or watched a video or attended a seminar created by an organized person. After all, how many disorganized people are organized enough to teach others? Liz is the “disorganized organizer.” She’s disorganized by nature, brain type and behavior! She’s legally blind! While most disorganized people rely on their ability to look for things, Liz has never had that skill. That’s how she inadvertently created the “disorganized person’s organizing system.”
Now, naturally you might feel you’re just too busy and you just don’t have the time to get organized. Know this: that’s the beauty of this system. You can watch a 3-5 minute video once a week and invest 30 minutes, tops, to accomplish that step. And that’s why you take your time and cover the six steps over 52 weeks.
Hang on. We’re not through yet. Maybe you’re thinking to yourself, “Hey, I get organized all the time-I just never stay that way. The piles always come back!”
Okay, Okay…I’m Convinced I Need These Organizing Tips!
Want to know why? Because you don’t have a single, simple, all-encompassing system. Maybe you have 8 separate systems which still leave holes for piles to stack up. Why not use a system that’s been proven over and over again for 14 years, like Robert Black did:
“The single system she set up does it all and I can find whatever I need.”“For the first time in my 65 years on this planet I start my day with a clean desk and end my day with a clean desk! I start fresh each day and I have a filing system where I can actually find things. Before Liz got her hands on me, I thought I was getting senile until she explained that I had seven different filing systems and it was too much for this old brain to handle. The single system she set up does it all and I can find whatever I need! This whole process has changed my business life and my home life – it’s wonderful!” ~ Robert Black, Founder & CEO, Blue Sky Natural Foods, Santa Fe, New Mexico |
And, of course, you might just feel your situation is different than most people’s. Maybe it is. The truth is this: While engineering practices change, the laws of physics never change. Order From Chaos is like the laws of physics for organizing and are easily adapted to any situation. Here’s what it means: Once you understand the laws of organizing physics, you can apply them to any situation.
“Profit From The Wisdom Of A Reformed Chaos Queen
Now it’s time for you to decide. Are you going to take control of your business, your job and your life? Are you going to make a small investment in your future to get organized once and for all?
Or are you going to be content to just go along like always, buried under piles of clutter, wasting time looking for things you can’t ever find?
Stated a little differently: if you continue to do what you’ve always done, you will continue to get what you’ve always gotten.
Look, the simple truth is very few people REALLY know how to get organized, and stay organized. Oh sure, lots of people will say you “need” to be organized, but pause here for a moment and stop to think to yourself whether or not you’ve seen or heard of any kind of a comprehensive, organized system that’s solely devoted to showing you HOW to get organized, using strategies that are proven to work.
Liz Davenport’s “Order From Chaos 52-Week Don’t Fall Off the Wagon Video Reminder Series” completely eliminate the complexity of organizing your work and your life, simply because there’s nothing “theoretical” or “abstract” about this system. No mumbo-jumbo or filler material. In fact, like most things that make perfect sense, it’s very practical when it comes down to it, simply because Liz has a great way of making even the most complicated concepts easy to understand.
